The staff were genuinely some of the nicest people i met. they were helpful and kind, caring about my experience. welcome drinks waited for me, and services like room service were fast. they fixed and cleaned my trousers after a bike rental issue. This extra mile meant a lot.

the pool had some sharp edges in places, posing a risk of injury! also pool loungers and towels looked heavily soiled which contrasted with the otherwise well kept facilities

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was also comfortable. the balcony provided ample space to unwind, and the washroom included modern fixtures. every room has a minibar, a safe, air conditioning, and complimentary wifi.

This resort is on the sunset side of the island! the beach is exactly the place if you came outside to the beach for sunset. the surrounding area is peaceful. It is also close to the lively area and the port.

The staff members were AMAZING. They greeted us with welcome drinks upon arrival. Room service and requests for extra towels were fulfilled very fast. The staff were very good when a faulty bike caused damage to my trousers. They repaired and cleaned them free of charge. It was my favorite hotel during my three-week trip.

I found that the pool had some sharp edges, this posed a slight risk of injury.

the location was acceptable, right on sunset beach.

I had to ask for my room to be cleaned. That seemed off for a place with such a high rating. many centipedes were in my room. they did nothing to clean them or prevent them from coming in. the flooring felt slippery and wet. i asked for the floor to be washed. It was never done.
